I used this service twice this week. From Odessa to Kherson, and then from Kherson to Kiev. Both times, Oleg was my driver and he was right on time, very courteous, personable with passable english, honest, and just a really nice guy. He got me there and back in good time, and was not reckless and dangerous as many Ukrainian drivers, and taxi drivers everywhere are. I highly, highly recommend using this service.
